بررسی ارتباط شکست های شناختی شغلی با عملکرد ایمنی در رانندگان اتوبوس شهری

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: حوادث و آسیب های رانندگی یکی از دلایل نگرانی کلیه کشورها به شمار می آیند. شکست های شناختی را می توان خطاهایی با پایه شناختی در انجام وظایف عادی و ساده تعریف کرد که فرد قادر است آنها را بدون اشتباه به انجام رساند. این اشتباهات ممکن است در یک یا هر سه مرحله روند پردازش اطلاعات (حافظه، توجه و عمل) رخ دهند. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی رابطه بین شکست های شناختی شغلی و عملکرد ایمنی در رانندگان اتوبوس داخل شهری تعیین شد. روش بررسی: این مطالعه، یک بررسی توصیفی تحلیلی است که در آن پرسشنامه های شکست های شناختی شغلی ( ocfq ) و پرسشنامه رفتار رانندگی ( dbq ) توسط 129 نفر از رانندگان اتوبوس درون شهری تکمیل گردید و داده های بدست آمده با استفاده از تحلیل همبستگی و رگرسیون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: بین شکستهای شناختی شغلی و رفتارهای نا ایمن شامل تخلف عمدی و غیر عمدی و لغزش ها و اشتباهات رانندگی رابطه ای قوی، مثبت و معنادار برقرار است. نتیجه گیری: به منظور ارزیابی عملکرد ایمنی در مشاغل رانندگی حرفه ای به ابزاری قابل اعتماد نیاز است. شکست های شناختی شغلی می توانند در پیش بینی درگیری رانندگان اتوبوس شهری در فتارهای ایمن یا نا ایمن به کار رود.
